HUNTING LEASE LIABILITY INSURANCE (2010 - 2011)
General Liability Coverage Limits of Liability:
• $1,000,000......Each Occurrence - Bodily Injury & Property Damage
• $2,000,000......Aggregate per Club
• $1,000,000......Personal and Advertising Injury
• $ 50,000.........Damage to Rented Premise
• $ 5,000...........Medical Payment per Person There are no deductibles and no other fees required. Master Policy effective date is August 1, 2010 to August 1, 2011. Applications received after August 1, 2010 will be effective upon approval and will expire on August 1, 2011. Named Insured: Hunting clubs leasing land from landowners. A separate certificate will be issued to each hunting club. Coverage Requirement: Club MUST have a written lease with each landowner that is listed on this application. Premium Rates:
• 0 to 300 Acres............................$105
• Over 300 acres...........................$105 plus $.10/acre for every additional acre over 300
• Additional Insured Landowners.....$25 per landowner TIMBERLAND LIABILITY INSURANCE (2010 - 2011) Insurance Coverage:
• Comprehensive General Liability
• Limit of Liability: $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate
• Deductible is $250 per occurrence
• Owners, Landlord & Tenant: Liability limit to $1,000,000 per occurrence
• Special master policy rating basis
• Liability coverage is for the landowner and does not provide coverage protection for timber. Separate coverage is available for fire, lightning, wind, flood, ice and theft through our Standing Timber Policy. Please contact the Davis-Garvin Agency for details.
